New Year's Resolutions...

So as the year is coming to a close (OMG!) I've been thinking about what I want my resolution to be for the new year. Every year I've kinda always said the same things...lose weight, exercise more, be more positive etc...but this year I was thinking about something different. What are you resolving to do in the new year? I need some new ideas...help me out here please!

Hmm...

I ussually don't make resolutions because I am TERRIBLE at keeping them. Let me know if you come up with anything good!

Hi Amy - I think I'll try to be more positive right there with you! (Thank you for posting on my blog. I really have been having a hard weeka and your post was really nice.) Starting TODAY I'm going to start taking better care of myself. I'm going to the health food store and picking up the supplements my acupuncturist had me taking. I took them but then I ran out and didn't replace them. So I'm starting over! Anyway, good luck with your own resolutions. If you ever want to email, my email is gahmsw@comcast.net.

I switched to cooking with all olive oil and make my own dressings for salads with it. Both sides of our families have had recent heart issues and darn if I'm letting my husband die before me! So this was something easy I could do to try and increase our good fats. I also try to eat more foods like olives, tomatoes, basil, mozarella, fish- stuff I saw all over Italy with many very healthy looking people. The olive oil thing was super easy and I feel like I accomplished something. Just don't buy any other kind, use it like you'd use any other oil.

Do you really have 4 dogs?
